What a treat! STAY HERE! We stayed at Sui Generis for 4 days and it was just perfect. The rooms are beautifully furnished, have very comfortable beds, plenty of storage for belongings, spacious bathrooms and all with balconies. The rooms are kept spotless, real attention to detail with the cleaning. All staff were so friendly, cleaning staff always said hello and were always happy to see us. Domenico from reception was also so lovely, he was very welcoming to our big group and was happy to help us at any time. He also assisted us with our luggage, showed us around the hotel, and recommended some restaurants for our first night. The other Domenico, at the pool bar was so sweet and spoke very good English. He was also very happy to help us and have a chat. (If I ever opened a hotel, I would employ him right away!) He was a real delight and such an asset to your hotel!! The breakfast staff: Exceptional!

To see Catanzaro Sopra a day is possible but to see more of Calabria we recommend much longer and a car. The beaches are amazing and the views are spectacular! You might need to brush up on your Italian as not many speak English. Don't forget to go to Pizzo & Tropea! Amazing!
